Monday, September 30th, 2024 – The semester holidays have ended and like previous years the English Student Association of the English Department of Al-Qolam University continues Study Club activities with new English Department students. Accompanied by Mr. Hanif Maulaniam Sholah, M.Pd. and students from classes 3, 5, 7, this activity has started to be actively implemented and will continue every week because the study club has become an activity that students in semesters 1-3 must take part in.
English Club is a routine activity carried out by the English Student Association English Department IAI AL-QOLAM to practice speaking skills and improve understanding of English as well as being a forum for discussions about lectures for students, especially students in semesters 1 and 3.
The aim of the Study Club is to develop English language skills, strengthen solidarity between TBIG students and share knowledge with all generations and seniors. As for the activities, namely working on, discussing courses with TBIG seniors and students from all classes furthermore Discussing current issues related to English throughout the world and games/colling down related to English
In the first activity yesterday, the activity carried out was the submission of study club absences by the Head of the English Department, Mr. Hanif then introduced and had a light discussion with the freshmen accompanied by seniors from semester 3,5.
