TBIG : Five years a new strategic plan already set through the meeting in January 2020. Several things become focuses to be done for next five years.
The pandemic of C19 also become a focus to be planed in facing teaching and learning which are not going maximal in the following years.
SWOT analysis has been constructed to face the chalenging, such as strenght , Weakness, Oppurtunities, and Threads. By using SWOT analysis, TBIG can map chalenging, such as strenght , Weakness, Oppurtunities, and Threads around the condition.
By knowing the condition, TBIG is able to overcome and chalenge the condition into strength which is used to develop athmosphere.
