TBIG : The need of teaching which is widely developed in previuous years make the teacher struggle for preparing teaching process.
TBIG send all the students in 6th semester to join the meeting to get new insight in delivering the material. this sesion is leaded by the representaive of tarbiyah dean that lead the students to do the micro teaching well.
Good preparation will produce good teaching result.
Becoming a teacher requires a lot of skills so that you can carry out your duties and functions as a teacher and educator well. When there are certain skills that teachers and prospective teachers must master, micro teaching can be used as a vehicle to help them master various special skills to support their duties.
Because there are several skills that cannot be mastered just by reading theories, but must be practiced directly. As we all know, a teacher must master four competencies, one of which is pedagogical competency. To hone and improve this competency, Smart Teachers can carry out micro teaching with colleagues.
