Tips and Tricks: How to Build Self-Confidence

Hello good people!

Are you still shy when meeting strangers? 

Feeling pressured when you’re in a discussion forum? 

Or do you feel insecure when appearing in public?

One thing you have to do is build your self-confidence, and here I will give you tips and tricks to increase your self-confidence:


1. Built your positive mindset

The first step is you have to always positively thinking that you can do it and do your best. Just enjoy the process without worries about the result that we don’t even know.

2. Recognize your strengths and weaknesses

Second, you have to remember that everyone makes mistakes and nobody’s perfect. You just have to fix it and learn not to repeat mistakes. In addition focus on the strengths you have and develop those abilities so that you can feel you have room to grow. Don’t forget to appreciate and praise yourself for every effort that you have done.

3. Focus on small steps and changes

Always believe in the process even it’s not big and fast as we imagined, but the small steps or changes you make now will eventually grow into big changes and keep you moving forward and growing. 

4. Do what you like

Try to spend your time with some activities that you like, try to learn new hobbies and skills that you wanna try before. So, you can focus on your strength than your weakness.

5. Stop comparing yourself with others

Just stop it! Whether it’s about other looks, achievements, or skills. Remember that life is not a race and everyone has their own path and charm. Just believe in yourself, do your own business, and don’t ever feel jealous of other people’s life.

6. Hang out with positive people

Next, It’s better to build relationships with people who can appreciate, motivate, and support you to be a better person, so that you can develop into a confident person. Limit your relationship with people who just make you feel small and down.

7. Implement a healthy lifestyle

Indirectly, a healthy lifestyle can form a healthy mindset. Self-confidence is one form of a healthy mindset. You can build that maybe from your healthy diet and workout.

8. Participate in social activities

Last but not least, you have to join in social acivities beside you will get new experience, it will help increase overall self-confidence and mental health. With these feelings, you can build a positive outlook on yourself. You can also see yourself as a good person and capable of doing good things as well.
