Malang – Wednesday, May 10th, 2023, English Departemen of IAI Al-Qolam held a Halal Bihalal event in the Auditorium building which was attended by lecturers, students, and alumni of English Departemen. Halal bihalal events aim to stay in touch, forgive each other, strengthen relationship and familiarize students and lecturers with each other.
This halal bihalal event began with an opening by the Head of the English Department, Budik Kusworo M. Pd. In his remarks, he expressed his hope that this event could become a momentum to strengthen relations between all members of the English Department and increase the spirit of togetherness in facing future events.
The following remarks were delivered by several alumni to give motivation and advice to all students to raise enthusiasm both in academics and in organizations.

After the remarks, the event continued with a forgiving session.
This halal bihalal event ended with a meal and photo session. All students, alumni, and lecturers of the English Tadris Study Program enjoy the dishes that have been prepared full of togetherness and kinship. In a friendly atmosphere, members of the English Department talk to each other about various topics, especially academic activities.
By holding this halal bihalal event, it is hoped that the spirit of relationship and togetherness among all members of the English Department can get stronger. Events like this are also very important to build togetherness and solidarity among the entire academic community.
