Alhamdulillah wa Syukurillah, all praise and gratitude are only for Allah SWT. This year one of the best lecturers of English Education Study Program Al-Qolam Islamic Institute Malang was signed as a Facilitator in the 2023 “Sekolah Penggerak” Program. He is Mr. Hanif Maulaniam Sholah, M.Pd.
For your information, Facilitator is one of the people included in the Support team besides the Teaching Teacher Practice. A Penggerak Facilitator is tasked with accompanying Prospective Activist Teachers during the education process and is on duty for 6 months for each batch of Activist teachers. (However, the duration of Activist Teacher Education for 1 generation is 9 months). Another task is to conduct weekly reflections through the Mentoring forum, record and analyze the progress of the training participants.
This is a great achievement for the English Education Study Program by placing a lecturer as the Facilitator at the 2023 Sekolah Penggerak Program. It is hoped that can introduce the English Education Study Program in particular and IIQ Malang in general. Hopefully, in the future it will provide positive positive feedback that is significant for the development of English Education Study Program. Once again, Congratulations and success to Mr. Hanif !
