September, 12th 2023 – English Education Study Program of Tarbiyah Faculty Al-Qolam Islamic Institute Malang carries out welcoming activities for new students. This activity is one of the sessions of the PKPT event which was held from 11-13 September 2023. This activity is an annual activity for new students specifically for the English Education Department. This activity is an introduction process for new students so that, later they can get to know the campus atmosphere, especially the study program. This activity was opened by the ESA management and Mr. Budik Kusworo as the Head of the English Education Study Program explained material about the study program. The goal is to pursue education. Of course, they all have to be focused and serious in studying in order to become quality alumni.

New students can also get to know more about the study program, the lecturers who will teach them and their seniors who will later become reference material for them so they can study well and complete their education on time. One of the new students also thought that this activity was very useful, especially for new students because they could get to know more about the campus environment, make lots of new friends and, no less important, get to know the lecturers who would later teach them.
