Jump Rope Disappeared Amoung Children

Nowadays, many children are starting to leave traditional games. We can see that the younger generation is more interested in playing with their cell phones than playing outside with friends.

Just like one of the traditional games that is starting to disappear in my village is jumping rope. Jumping rope is a game in which one or more people jump over a rope that is swung back and forth so that the waved rope crosses the bottom of their feet and over their head.

The jump rope game can be played together by a group of children. The number is usually 3 people. Apart from being in a group, the jump rope game can also be played alone. In group games, the jump rope players are divided into two roles. The first role is as a rope holder, while the second role is as a rope jumper. The tool used in the rope jump game is a rope made of rubber. Jumping rope games can usually be found in the yard or yard.

The benefits of jumping rope that we can feel are training leg muscles, increasing bone density, teaching an attitude of tolerance when we lose, and teaching simplicity where with rubber alone we can be happy.
